A Temporary Setback

To the arrival of spring, is what I'm referring to. I meant it when I said spring has sprung.

Here's the view from outside my office window this morning around 9:30-ish.





And then these big, fat fairytale flakes started coming down. This usually means that the temperatures are rising because flakes are sticking together. You can see that the snow on the ground is already melting.



Around lunchtime the clouds moved on and the sun came out. I took these ones around 1:45 pm.





It stuck for all of 2 hours. Didn't I say that spring was here?

The series showing the progression of the day is quite creative. Is that a hint of green I see in the trees in the last photos?

Not a hint. They are green with buds.
